Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

After a long flight, we arrived at the hotel around 10:30 a.m. and were pleasantly surprised to be granted an early check-in. We had booked a deluxe room but were upgraded to a premium room, which was a wonderful bonus. The premium rooms are centrally located on a high floor and offer stunning, direct views of the marina. Since the hotel had only opened two months prior to our stay, everything felt brand new and impeccably maintained.

The check-in staff were excellent, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel’s amenities, including dining options, beach activities, and pool access, so we felt well informed from the start. The executive lounge, located on the top floor, was a great place to relax, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The happy hour hors d’oeuvres were the perfect light bite before a late dinner.

We sampled most of the on-site restaurants. While they were generally just okay, two stood out. Mowsem, where breakfast is served, offered a plentiful buffet that was noticeably better than the breakfast options in the executive lounge. The café in the main lobby, Social Bee, was another highlight—friendly service and some of the best cappuccinos we had during our stay.

Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room spotless and consistently stocked with bottled water. We also enjoyed exploring Palm Jumeirah from this location. Across the street, there are walking paths through a tree-lined park that led to the main mall, or you can take the shuttle further along the Palm to attractions such as The Palm Fountain, Aquaventure World, and Atlantis.

For travelers looking to stay outside downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah offers an abundance of luxury hotels. This Hilton stands out as an upscale option that delivers great value for the price.
